Sennheiser HD660S2 Open Back Headphones

The lower bass extension on these really adds weight to rock tracks without muddying the mids. Listening to old favorites feels like hearing them fresh again, and they stay comfortable for hours.

I’m not usually a bass-head, but the extra punch in the low end here makes my old jazz records feel alive without drowning out the mids. Wearing them for a full work shift is totally comfortable thanks to the plush ear pads.

The treble stays clean even during long listening sessions, which I appreciate since my ears get tired easily with other headphones. The added bass punch makes orchestral tracks feel properly cinematic without muddying the mids, and it’s exactly the dramatic energy I was hoping for.
