Thorens TD402 DD Semi Automatic Turntable

The motor is completely silent during playback—I can hear details in my records I never noticed before. The automatic stop at the end of a side means I don't have to rush over, which makes listening so much more relaxed.

Setup was a breeze with the auto start and stop features—just place the record and relax. The direct drive motor is impressively quiet, letting me hear every detail without any hum. This turntable truly makes enjoying vinyl feel effortless.

The integrated phono preamp saved me from buying an extra box, and the direct drive is dead silent—my records sound cleaner than on my old belt-drive. Auto start is a nice touch for lazy evenings.
