Etymotic ER38-14C 大サイズ イエローフォームイヤーチップ

These fit my ER•4s perfectly and the yellow foam compresses easily before inserting, then expands to a snug seal. I’ve been using them for a week and they’re comfy for hours, though I do have to replace them more often than I’d like.

Wish I'd switched to these foam tips sooner—they create a much better seal than the silicone ones I was using. The large size fits my ear canals snugly without being uncomfortable, even during longer listening sessions.
