I was relieved to find the foam interior fits my over-ear pair perfectly, with no shifting during a cross-country flight. The compact footprint also slides easily into my carry-on backpack.

The rigid black shell feels reassuringly solid when I toss it into my carry-on, and the lid closes with a satisfying click that tells me my headphones are safe. It's a simple case, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I was pleasantly surprised by how snugly the inside padding cradles my headphones during transport, with no shifting at all. The outer shell feels solid enough to toss in a bag without worry, and the zipper glides smoothly every time.
