Vela 2.0 FS407.2 6" 2.5-Way Floorstanding Speaker with Jet 6 Tweeter
Meet VELA - A combination of technologies refined over 95 years of ELAC Acoustic engineering and design. High-gloss lacquered and wooden veneered cabinets with a visually stunning trapezoid shape that improves acoustics while making a profound visual impact. The VELA builds on the highly successful and high-performing Series 400 while improving stereo definition and multi-channel audio in modern furnishings. But the advantages are distinct. Combining a newly designed cabinet in combination with the crystal aluminum-sandwich woofer—and ELAC's inimitable JET 6 tweeter—this speaker is bound to make an impact.

JET 6 TWEETER
Engineered and designed in Kiel, Germany, the JET 6 Air Motion Transformer tweeter offers a wide frequency response (Up to 50kHz), low distortion, and remarkable clarity in reproducing the high-frequency spectrum, contributing to a more immersive and detailed audio experience for listeners.

DOWNWARD FIRING PORT
The bass reflex port on the Solano series is designed to exit downward from the bottom of the speaker cabinet, allowing for greater flexibility in speaker placement and reducing ventilation noise.

ALUMINUM SANDWICH WOOFER
This specialized construction brings forth a myriad of benefits, starting with its rigidity and lightweight nature. By leveraging the inherent qualities of aluminum, these woofers effectively minimize unwanted resonances and distortions, ensuring a remarkably clear and accurate sound reproduction.
