Vicoustic Suspended Baffle Set

Two sets of ceiling baffles for different spaces
The Suspended Baffle Set is a collection of ceiling baffles designed by Vicoustic to be as versatile as possible and solve indoor acoustic issues, characterized by its simple installation system.

Made from sustainable PET produced mostly from recycled plastic, the Suspended Baffle Set comes in two configurations:

• The 3-baffle version with dimensions of 1200x600x40mm, an efficient solution for public or industrial spaces (like classrooms, canteens, and factories), where you need to control noise build-up.
• The 12-baffle version with dimensions of 1200x1200x40mm is an efficient and cost-effective solution for voice and musical applications (sports halls, stadiums or arenas). It’s more efficient to use in larger spaces and it will extend the sound absorption performance at lower frequency ranges, when compared with a single unit.

Thanks to its innovative fixation system, the baffles can be placed sequentially with the fixations distributed over more spaced intervals than usual, using fewer fixation hooks and drilling holes.

Sustainable acoustic baffle
The Suspended Baffle Set is made from VicPET Wool - a non-woven textile produced mainly from recycled plastic bottles.

Being a suspended acoustic element, it presents twice the area of absorbing material exposed to a common acoustic panel, making it a very efficient solution to control noise build-up in big public or industrial spaces.

Fire-rated PET
The PET used has an Euro Class B fire rate classification, it is a low emitting material having, earned the A+ French VOC label (ISO 16000) and has also been classified as Class 1 according to OEKO-TEX 100 Standard, i.e. meeting the human-ecological requirements presently established for baby articles.

It's easy to install using a simple Wire Rope Fixation System, basically two steel cables with a hook. The Wire Rope can be easily adjusted in height up to 150 cm.
