I trimmed exactly one foot off the 20-foot length for each side using a sharp utility knife—the copper strands are surprisingly thick for such a reasonably priced DIY kit. Paired with the included connectors, my setup sounds noticeably quieter in the high frequencies now.

The 20-foot run was just right for my bi-wire setup, and the connector quality feels solid even before soldering. I’ve made a few DIY cables before, but this kit’s wire flexibility made the whole job noticeably easier, and the soundstage opened up after a day of burn-in.

The 6-meter length gave me plenty of slack to route through my entertainment center without splicing. Cutting and stripping the wire was surprisingly easy, and the twisted pair geometry really cleaned up the bass response in my system.
