Swapped in the AM3 and the balanced output is immediately quieter — no hiss even at high gain. The OPA1622s handle the signal cleanly, and separation feels noticeably wider than the stock module.

The six OPA1622 chips really clean up the noise floor on my IEMs, and the balanced output gives them noticeably more headroom. Easy swap on the X7, too.

Swapping from single-ended to balanced mode with this module made my IEMs sound noticeably cleaner and more spacious, especially in the lower treble. The six OPA1622 chips drive my planars with plenty of authority without adding any background hiss.
