Sennheiser PC161 Headset

The open speaker design really lets me hear footsteps and environmental cues clearly while gaming, without feeling trapped in my own little bubble. It's surprisingly comfortable for long sessions too, even with glasses on.

I was skeptical about an open-back headset for gaming, but the soundstage is incredibly wide and makes footsteps in FPS games feel like they're coming from real directions. The headband padding is comfortable enough for 4-hour sessions, and the mic picks up my voice clearly without background noise.

The open-back design keeps things feeling airy even during long sessions, and the over-the-head fit stays snug without squeezing my ears. I’ve had mine for a few weeks and the audio clarity in games is exactly what I was after.
