Shure SE 系列黑色泡棉耳套（5對）

They block out so much ambient noise on the train that I can actually hear my podcasts at a reasonable volume. The foam is dense enough to stay put for hours without feeling like it's clamping my ears.

I was surprised how snug they fit without feeling like they're pushing out—the foam expands just right once warmed up. For long listening sessions, they stay comfortable and block noise way better than the silicone ones that came with the earphones.

The memory foam tips create a much tighter seal than silicone, and they’re comfortable enough for long listening sessions. Five pairs for the price is exactly what I needed for backups.
